Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes in collaboration with hiring managers. Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning. Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. Contribute to HR projects such as engagement surveys, training programs, and organizational changes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making. Skills & Qualifications Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role. Solid understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and HRIS systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
